The color is Slate Gray. One reviewer said it's actually light blue, which would have been great but it is definitely gray. It still works with the colors of my porch and the colors of my dogs! You can see in the pix that it isn't sagging it is solid memory foam, no cheap egg crate foam. The outer cover has a zipper that runs around both long sides and the top.

I have a cane Corsica who is 150 lb. hulk. This is the first bed he can just flop on and not have something hanging over the edge. The little headrests are very appreciated by him. He isn't spending ten minutes prodding the bead to bunch up to make one for him. It is very thick so his joints are protected.

I do like how far the cover unzips so it's easy to put it on or take off. The bottom is made to resist slipping on slick floors or even carpets, and that's a plus compared to others... It's a good looking bed, and they guarantee it won't sink in. Can't ask for much more than that!

This LARGE dog bed is perfect for all shapes and sizes of dogs, but will surely accommodate the big boys! I have a Doberman who's around 90-95 lbs and he's fully grown (see the pictures). He absolutely loves this bed, spends most of the day on it. The memory foam springs right back into shape after he gets up off of it, and all that's required is removing the easy to remove tough fabric cover and washing them about once a month. Overall, I am very satisfied with this bed, especially over a year after owning them. I rarely write a review here, but felt the need to help promote a great product I've loved!

This dog bed is so comfy and my dog can't stop smiling about it. My fiance and I were laying on it with our dog in the living room
and realized it's more comfortable than our own mattress. We're jealous. All of our cats have also migrated to my new dog's bed and they're all one big pack. They all collectively try to hog it. Overall, this is super easy to wash and very easy to zip back up without any hassles! Great product!

The bed us incredibly thick and the mattress very solid and supportive and doesn't bow at all when she lays on it (71lbs Airedale Terrier). Overall, very pleased with the quality, design, and size! I think we found a keeper that will be around for a long time!

What a fabulous dog bed! Its very good quality! I am so excited to finally get a great product for the money! This bed is huge, my dog in the picture is 135 pound Labernard (Lab/St. Bernard). The company was very quick to answer my questions and very thougjtful when my shipment was late. The zipper is heavy duty and stitching is very smooth. Everything was packaged very well.

. This bed was more expensive than others, but it was a good investment. The cover is easily removed for washing--what you see in this pic is after about four trips through the laundry.
Now our dogs can hang out together on one huge bed, and when they gross it up a bit it's easily washed.

This bed is great for larger dogs who need lots of extra space this is one of the few products that I put my full support behind and I would highly recommend it to other people it is quite an investment and very durable.

From the moment I put this bed on the floor he knew it was his. It's very comfortable. I laid on it myself just to see! I thought it was too big at first but it's the perfect size for his old bones. He loves the pillow ends. The cover is very good quality. It features a heavy duty zipper that zips easily. I got a spot bonus at work at spent it on my dog. He was sleeping on an old towel! I think this is worth every penny and I feel bad I didn't get it for him sooner!
